توضّح هذه الصفحة كيف يتعامل تطبيق «تسجيلة هند» مع بياناتك. التطبيق من تطوير مطوّر مستقل (فرد)، وليس شركة.

باختصار

  • لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية، ولا تصلنا أسماء اللاعبين ولا نتائج المباريات.
  • لا حسابات ولا تسجيل دخول.
  • لا إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع، ولا خوادم خاصة بالتطبيق.
  • كل ما تُدخله يبقى محفوظاً على جهازك.

ما الذي يحفظه التطبيق على جهازك

لكي يعمل الدفتر، يحفظ التطبيق على جهازك فقط:

  • أسماء اللاعبين التي تكتبها، وقائمة بالأسماء المستخدمة مؤخراً لتسهيل اختيارها.
  • عدد جولات كل مباراة ونتائج جولاتها: الفائز، ونوع الهند، ومن نزل، ومجموع أوراقه والأوراق التي ضغطتها في حاسبة الأوراق، والشرهة، والنقاط.
  • تاريخ ووقت إنشاء كل مباراة وتسجيل كل جولة.
  • آخر عدد جولات اخترته لمباراة جديدة، وطريقة عرض ورقة الحساب التي اخترتها.

تُحفظ هذه البيانات في مساحة التطبيق الخاصة على جهازك، مع نسخة ثانية داخل المساحة نفسها للحماية من التلف. لا تُرسل إلى أي خادم، ولا يمكننا الاطلاع عليها.

الاتصال بالإنترنت

لا يحتاج التطبيق إلى الإنترنت، ولا يتصل بأي خادم أثناء استخدامه.

الاستثناء الوحيد: عندما تضغط «سياسة الخصوصية» أو «الدعم والمساعدة» من داخل التطبيق، تُفتح الصفحة من هذا الموقع. الموقع مستضاف لدى Vercel، الذي قد يعالج بيانات تقنية قياسية، مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح، لتقديم الصفحة وحمايتها. لا يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط (cookies) ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع.

مشاركة النتيجة

عندما تضغط «مشاركة» بعد انتهاء مباراة، يجهّز التطبيق نصاً بالنتيجة (تاريخ المباراة، والفائز، وأسماء اللاعبين ومجاميعهم) ويفتح قائمة المشاركة في iOS. أنت من يختار أين يُرسل، ولا يصلنا منه شيء. لا يشارك التطبيق أي شيء دون أن تطلب ذلك.

إبقاء الشاشة مضاءة

أثناء مباراة جارية يطلب التطبيق من iOS ألا تنطفئ الشاشة. لا يتضمن ذلك جمع أي بيانات.

النسخ الاحتياطي

قد تُضمَّن بيانات التطبيق في النسخ الاحتياطية لجهازك على iCloud أو على الكمبيوتر، بحسب إعداداتك. تخضع هذه النسخ لسياسة Apple، ولا يمكننا الوصول إليها.

متجر App Store وشركة Apple

يُوزَّع التطبيق عبر App Store. إذا اخترت في إعدادات جهازك مشاركة بيانات التحليلات مع المطوّرين، قد تزوّدنا Apple بإحصاءات استخدام مجمّعة وتقارير أعطال لا تحدد هويتك. تخضع هذه البيانات لسياسة خصوصية Apple.

حذف بياناتك

  • لحذف مباراة: افتحها، ثم اضغط زر الخيارات (⋯)، ثم «حذف المباراة».
  • لحذف كل البيانات: احذف التطبيق من جهازك.

لا نحتفظ بأي نسخة من بياناتك، لذلك لا يمكننا استرجاعها بعد حذفها.

الأطفال

لا يجمع التطبيق بيانات شخصية من أي مستخدم، بما في ذلك الأطفال.

تحديث هذه السياسة

إذا تغيّر تعامل التطبيق مع البيانات، سنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه قبل أن يصل التغيير إلى التطبيق.

Privacy Policy

This page explains how the Hind Scorekeeper app handles your data. The app is made by an independent developer (an individual), not a company.

In short

  • We collect no personal data. Player names and match results never reach us.
  • No accounts and no sign-in.
  • No advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, and no app servers.
  • Everything you enter stays on your device.

What the app stores on your device

To work as a score sheet, the app stores, on your device only:

  • The player names you type, and a list of recently used names to make picking them easier.
  • Each match's number of rounds and its round results: the winner, the Hind type, who had laid down, their remaining hand value and the cards tapped in the hand calculator, the Sherha, and the points.
  • The date and time each match was created and each round was recorded.
  • The number of rounds you last chose for a new match, and your chosen score-sheet view.

This data is kept in the app's private storage on your device, with a second copy in the same storage to protect against corruption. It is not sent to any server, and we cannot see it.

Internet access

The app does not need the internet and does not contact any server while you use it.

The only exception: when you tap «سياسة الخصوصية» (Privacy Policy) or «الدعم والمساعدة» (Support) inside the app, that page opens from this website. The website is hosted by Vercel, which may process standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to serve and protect the page. The website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools.

Sharing a result

When you tap «مشاركة» (Share) after a match ends, the app prepares a text summary (the match date, the winner, and each player's name and total) and opens the iOS share sheet. You choose where it goes; nothing reaches us. The app never shares anything unless you ask it to.

Keeping the screen on

During a match in progress the app asks iOS not to dim the screen. This involves no data collection.

Backups

The app's data may be included in your device backups to iCloud or a computer, depending on your settings. Those backups are governed by Apple's terms and are not accessible to us.

Apple and the App Store

The app is distributed through the App Store. If you choose in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide us with aggregated usage statistics and crash reports that do not identify you. That data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Deleting your data

  • To delete a match: open it, tap the options button (⋯), then «حذف المباراة» (Delete match).
  • To delete everything: delete the app from your device.

We keep no copy of your data, so it cannot be recovered once deleted.

Children

The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the way the app handles data changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above before the change reaches the app.
